Thanks for you response. In your first message, you mentioned you purchased two subscriptions. If you purchased two subscriptions of the same type, (for example, two Microsoft 365 personal), the subscription will not work separately. What happens is, your subscription will be added to accumulate for the number it was purchased. If you bought two yearly subscriptions, one will not end before the other. Both subscriptions will be cumulated to run for two years.
<br />Can you confirm when the subscription was purchased and how many of the orders says "redeemed" in your account?

I purchased the Microsoft 365 single (1 year subscription) directly from lenovo germany offcial website along with my laptop.
I do not get any error, but I am asked to add product key or purchase again a subscription .

Thank you for your response. From what you have shown me, your subscription should have expired in April. Where was this code purchased and can you check the time period for this code- if it is a month, 3 months, 6 months or a one year code. You can get this information from your purchase confirmation email or invoice.
<br />If you paid for a one year invoice, you may need to contact them about this situation as you are right, it is redeemed but Microsoft 365 always adds up the subscription time. If you purchased a 3 months code, you will have a 15 months subscription.

my computer is not preloaded with office 2010 so am trying to download it first but can finish the operation. is stoping exactelly at the last step. Now i have uninstall the the run and clkick program so that i can switch to Msi based by running to run singleImage
using the advanced option. After choosing the 64 Bit and waiting for than 1 hour till the download is complete. after that is not giving me any option of entering my product key. am stok and dont know what to do next.

if i posted in this forum is because am leaving in germany now but my deutsh is not yet very good. tkx
