Hi guys,we have a customer with iMac Monterrey and Office365, whenever he clicks on a mailto, the old version of outlook opens to write a new email, which on its own is a problem also, however he cannot also type anything or change any settings in that window.we have tested this on Safari, chrome and Firefox. Default program in browser and computer is Microsoft outlook.We have completely uninstalled office365 and reinstalled it. If we change to the old outlook design, then everything works and the user can write and edit, however with the new outlook design it is not working.Anybody had a simi

Happy new year and Thanks for reply and information.
What I am trying to do is deactivating Microsoft 365 defender for some email addresses(10-15 emails). Because I have to test the performance of another anti spam tool. Currently 365 defender works for all email addresses and it does not allow me to check other one.

Sway does not allow users to set their own URLs. There are many services on the Internet that will give you a custom link and redirect to another link so you might want to investigate one of those.

Hi Franz,

If you open your Sway, click the … button, and open the Settings pane, there is an option that will allow you disable the ability for other users to duplicate it.
