May account got hacked what to do?

Was kann ich noch machen! Ich habe glaube ich in meinem Account keine Telefonnummer hinterlegt gehabt wenn ja ist es evtl. noch meine Alte Rufnummer

<br />What else can I do! I don't think I had a phone number stored in my account, if so, it may still be my old phone number that I no longer have! How do I get my account?

I appreciate your thorough analysis of the problem, you have done a lot of the troubleshooting.

i am also sure you have tried accessing OneDrive.com from another browser.

What I noticed is that this is a Work or School account that was assigned to you from your organization.

I will have to ask one more thing for you to do, have you contacted the IT Dept of the organization? There could be something wrong with your access and if that is the case there is nothing much you or anyone else can do other than what you have done already. So they will need to check it from their Administrator end and let us know if the account is not experiencing any change to access or having any issue itself.

It is from their reply we can know what to do next, they may need to contact their link to Business Support to clear this for you. Please speak to them and let us know

Yea this is what I am trying to do. But when I do this, I only get a mesage about adding my e-mail account and not the microsft account asosiatet with that e-mail.

The problem with Error message 0x80200049 after each Outlook synchronisation process is still there.
