<br />Um Ihnen eine klare und genaue Lösung zu bieten, möchten wir detaillierte Informationen zu diesem Problem wissen:
<br />Verwenden Sie ein Exchange-Konto?
<br />Wenn ja, können Sie sich vielleicht auf diesen Artikel beziehen. Updates zur Kalenderfreigabe in Outlook ist eine neue Funktion.
<br />Wenn Sie diese Funktion nicht verwenden möchten, können Sie es deaktivieren.

• Wählen Outlook Datei >Konto Einstellungen >Konto Einstellungen. Es wird eine Liste Ihrer E-Mail-Konten angezeigt.

Hi JohannaJN02, I am Teresa A. I am an independent consultant.

The problem in this case seems to be that even though you added the new email address you did not specify this as the main address so it was added as an alias, many more can be added this way, but only the main one will be the one that is reflected at the moment
of receiving information through the mail.

To add the address you want as the main email address you must go to the web,

https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

In your web browser. If prompted, enter your e-mail and password, and click Sign In, then click Manage Microsoft Login. Later, as you have added your new account, both accounts should appear, however one is the main one which should be the old account and the
one you want to make the main one now you should click on the button that says become main. This will appear next to every alias in the list on the account except the current main alias. The address you select will now be the one that appears on your avatar
when you log into your account and will also be where you receive your mail. I look forward to helping you.

Thank you for coming to the forum and sorry about this.

Here is what you should do, if you go to the C Drive, double-click users, then double-click your username (C:\Users\Username\) you should see a folder there called OneDrive. Open the folder and you should see Desktop.

Inside the desktop folder are your files, just move them back to the desktop

OR

Right Click on Desktop > Location > Restore Default. Then click apply, wait for it to be done, and then ok

What do you mean by receipt, do you mean the validation Code, that should have been send to your

Account associated to your subscription of Office.

Or do you mean the
"has read Notification" for mail that has been delivered.

First of all, thank you very much for your elaborate answer!

However, could you also let me know how to do the same via a macro solution? My customer requires the macro in a template format.
The desired outcome is the following:
Information entered by the customer should appear in any place on the page.

In addition, the information should only be entered once and then be automatically updated on all pages.

This is why I can neither use autotext, or bookmarks, nor fields. Since the document properties, such as author, status etc. in the ribbon
"insert" / quick function block/ document properties" fulfill this requirement, I would prefer to use this option.

In the end the customer should be able to insert the author into the document as often as needed. If the author is changed however, all instances should have changed automatically as well.
