Microsofot Office activation

Hello,I was using Office 365 family, then I changed my subscription into Microsoft 365 basic 2 euro/month. Now, the office apps are asking for a activation. When I try to activate them, I am having an issue which says "Excel cannot be activated with the product we have found in your acccount". How can I activate Office apps, as I need them all the time. If Microsoft 365 does not give an access to full version of Office apps, then there is no need to pay money each month, I will just quit.Best regards,Bakhodir

Microsofot home and business 2016 - de - de.

Ich kenne leider den Unterschied nicht...

Hallo,

wende dich an den Verkäufer. Office wurde unter einer anderen Adresse bereits registriert und somit kannst du es nicht nutzen. Der Verkäufer soll dir einen neuen Lizenz-Key zukommen lassen.

in diesem Falle empfehle ich dir die Verwendung von Microsoft Office 2010.

Je nach Lizenztyp kannst du die Version herunterladen unter:

Bitte deinstalliere Microsoft Office 2007 vollständig über die Systemsteuerung.

I bought a new laptop. This had office installed. When I opened word it asked me to activate the product. I didnt, I was lazy to find out what the product key of the pre installed product is. Later I bought a activation key from a vendor for pre-installed
new computers. I tried to enter the code - it didnt accept it. Only then I noted that pre-installed version is office 2007 and the product key code I had bought was for Office 2010. What can I do?

Is the product I bought not valid, because the pre-installed is another version to what I bought?
