microsoft 365 personal subscription on the wrong account .> transfer on another account?

You cannot transfer Microsoft 365 subscription from one Microsoft account to another account.

If you redeemed a product key for Microsoft subscription to a wrong account, the subscription is associated with that Microsoft account.

Yes, you can cancel this subscription from the wrong account, then purchase a new Microsoft 365 subscription with the right account.

Please understand that you can only use Office product in the region it was purchased.

You can contact Microsoft support to assist you further:
1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
2. Describe your issue and click 'Get Help'.
3. Select your product and category > Confirm.
4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
5. Click Start Chat.

<br />I gave you a short answer yesterday. My Problem is: I have an account for microsoft and a valid subscription for microsoft 365 which I can use without problems on my Apple iMac. But I cannot use the subscription on my Apple Laptop, which is also registered on the same account. On the Laptop there is a message that I should renew the subscription. And then when I try to correct it on the Laptop, I get the answer that there is no account available with this user name. But on the same homepage by microsoft I can get the information that my account and my subscription are okay. - So this state of affairs means that there is a mistake in the communication between my Laptop and the microsoft 365 administration. For the moment I cannot get any chat oder phone support by microsoft - and the automatically given supports are useless. (I have already deinstalled all office programs on the Laptop and then reloaded it - but without any result for the problem.)
<br />I would be very glad if you can solve this problem or give me an advice for further action or support.

On that page, do you see that your Subscription is active with the correct expiry date?

Follow the steps below to remove your wife's account:

1. On your computer click the <Start> button

2. Click <Settings>.

3. Click on <Accounts> and choose <Email Accounts and Applications>

4. In the <Email, Calendar & Contacts and Accounts Used by App> section, see if your spouse's account appears

5. Click on the account and click on <Manage>

6. In the window that opens click on <Delete Account> <Delete>.

Step 1: From your Inbox, swipe the screen to the right, or tap on the small arrow in the upper-left-hand corner.

Step 2: Tap on the up arrow next to your account nickname to bring up your list of accounts and the "Add account" option.

Step 3: Tap on the "Add account" option and follow the steps to add your new account
