Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 3600 funktioniert nicht | Surface Pro 4

Hallo,

ich habe eine MS Bluetooth Mouse 3600. Sie hat vor einer Woche noch einwandfrei funktioniert. Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass die Maus auf meinem Surface Pro 4 128GB mit Win10 nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Gerät ist mit der Maus verbunden und im Geräte-Manager richtig als Bluetooth Maus erkannt. Doch leider funktioniert sie nicht. Ich habe auch alle möglichen Tipps, die ich bei Google gefunden habe ausprobiert, aber die meisten setzten daran an, dass die Maus nicht verbindet. Doch das ist hier nicht der Fall. An meinem Surface Pro 3 128GB, auch mit Win10, funktioniert sie ohne Probleme.

Hat jemand vielleicht noch eine Idee und kann mir helfen?
