Von diesem Thread trennen.Hallo,ich habe eine Office 2013 Home and Student Lizenz und bekomme Office nicht mehr installiert nachdem ich den Windows 10 Rechner zurückgesetzt habe.Nach der Eingabe des Keys unter office.com/setup kommt die Meldung dass das Office schon installiert sei. Dann werde ich auf mein 365 Konto weitergeleitet und da steht dass kein Abo vorhanden ist ich hatte auch kein Abo gebucht sondern eine normale Kauflizenz erworben.Was kann ich tun?

Bitte deinstalliere Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student auf deinem Heim-PC.

Aktiviere anschließend auf deinem zweiten PC Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student telefonisch.
