Ab diesem dieser Thread.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem:
Im April 2014 habe ich Office 2013 und Outlook 2013 online erworben - Download über Microsoft, Aktivierungs-Code per Email bzw. noch auf der Kauf-Plattform vorhanden.
Jetzt habe ich einen neuen PC, möchte aber die alte Office und Outlook-Versionen nutzen.

Der Produkt-Key wird bei der Installation nicht anerkannt, da es dem derzeitigen neuen Konto nicht zugeordnet ist.

Ich ein anderes Microsoft-Konto haben, wo ich den Zugang nicht mehr weiß.

Was tun?

Über Chat und Hilfe-Seiten komme ich nicht weiter.

Produktschutz und Datenschutz ist ja alles gut und schön, aber wenn man seine bezahlten Programme nicht nutzen kann, und jedes Mal neu kaufen soll, ist das schon blöd....

vielen Dank für deine Nachricht.

Von Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 und Microsoft Outlook 2013 kann nicht kostenfrei auf Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Student/Microsoft Outlook 2016 umgestiegen werden.

Ein kostenfreier Umstieg ist nur bei einem bestehenden Office 365 Abonnement möglich.

Ich habe deine Versionsangabe zu deiner Anfrage entsprechend angepasst.

Bitte stelle noch den Wortlaut der angezeigten Meldung bereit.

Microsoft Outlook ist in Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student nicht enthalten.

Microsoft Outlook 2019 ist im Microsoft Store erhältlich:

Beachte, dass eine Volumenlizenzversion von Microsoft Outlook nicht gemeinsam mit einer Produkt-Key-Card-Version von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student auf einem PC installiert werden kann.
