Die Systemanforderungen für Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student sind durch Microsoft auf der Produktverpackung und auf den entsprechenden Webseiten ausgewiesen.

Wende dich an deinen Verkäufer für eine Rückgabe von Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student, welche wahrscheinlich abgelehnt werden muss, weil deine Lizenz bereits einem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet worden ist.
