Also ich habe auf meine Laptop bereits früher einige Office Produkte gehabt... Word, Excel, PPT etc... aber eben kein Outlook. jetzt hab ich eine Testversion von Office 365 gestartet und mir Office installiert.. Ich musste es aber wieder deinstallieren.... das Problem ist das mein "altes Word/Excel/PPT" WEG ist...dafür habe ich BEZAHLT vor zwei Jahren.... Wie kann ich das wieder bekommen?

Die Systemanforderungen für Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student sind durch Microsoft auf der Produktverpackung und auf den entsprechenden Webseiten ausgewiesen.

Wende dich an deinen Verkäufer für eine Rückgabe von Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student, welche wahrscheinlich abgelehnt werden muss, weil deine Lizenz bereits einem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet worden ist.
