Guten Tag

leider ist es mir nicht möglich meine gekaufte Version von Outlook 2013 zu aktivieren. Weder Online noch Telefonisch (die Telefon Registrierung ist für Deutschland nicht mehr aktiv). Was kann ich jetzt tun?

Deinstalliere Microsoft Outlook 2013 und belasse nur Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Business.

Wie stellt sich das Verhalten dann dar?

Deinstalliere Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student und Microsoft Outlook 2013 auf dem bisherigen Rechner.

Bitte melde dich mit deinem Microsoft Konto auf dem neuen Rechner hier an:

Beginne die Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student und Microsoft Outlook 2013 .

Konnte Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student und Microsoft Outlook 2013 erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?

Microsoft bietet keine spezielle Upgradeversion an. Kaufe bei Bedarf eine Dauerlizenz von Microsoft Outlook 2016:

http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msde/de_DE/pdp/Outlook-2016/productID.324400200

Sollte eine Einzellizenz von Microsoft Outlook 2013 bestehen, wird diese bei Installation von Microsoft Outlook 2016 automatisch entfernt. Eine vorherige De-Installation von Microsoft Outlook 2013 ist nicht erforderlich. Die Daten und Einstellungen aus Microsoft
Outlook 2013 werden regelmäßig übernommen.

Sollte Microsoft Office 2013 als Dauerlizenz installiert sein, wird diese Version bei Installation von Microsoft Outlook 2016 automatisch entfernt.
