deine Frage habe ich in das Office Forum verschoben.

Systemsteuerung -> Große Symbole -> Mail (Office Outlook xxxx) (32-Bit) -> Profil anzeigen und löschen. Mit dem Assistenten ein neues Konto einrichten dann unten in der Textbox zum Standard machen. Du verlierst sämtliche Daten.

Ich habe in Finnland über meinen Live Account das Office 2013 preview installiert. Dabei hat es mir im Profil des Microsoft Account unter Land automatisch "Finnland" eingetragen. Dies ist nun fix und ich kann nicht korrigiert werden. Da alle weiteren Angaben
im Profil sich auf das Land beziehen, kann ich nun das Profil nicht ergänzen und auch nicht meine Kreditkarte unter Zahlungsoptionen erfassen. Ich habe Microsoft Schweiz angerufen und sie haben mir bestätigt, dass sie das Problem kennen. Sie konnten mir jedoch
nicht helfen und haben mir empfohlen, das Problem in diesem Forum zu posten.

Leider habe ich immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Muss ich wirklich mein Account löschen und eine neuen erstellen?

wird der Name hier angezeigt: http://account.live.com ? Wenn ja, schau mal, ob du dort Optionen zur Änderung findest. Ansonsten wende dich bitte an den
