Microsoft-Store apps keep popping up that they cant be used

I don't know why, but sometimes Microsoft-Store apps can't be used and are randomly popping up without me doing anything. Apps like: "systemtraycontainer" or "blackspacemarkend" or some other that I don't remember anymore. I just really hope its not a malware stuff because I use Malwarebytes so often and make system scans a few times a month and don't have the energy to reboot my pc and take hourse to get the apps on again. The worst case is hardware virus, but I cross my fingers xD I know its unlikely. Help is appreciated p.s. Cant show an Image because it can't be found?!?! sorryImage wri
