Microsoft Teams is disabled

On Windows 10Microsoft 365 Business Apps are licensed & installed for the usersCountry: Austirait´s not possible to open MS Teams. The error is: Microsoft Teams is disabled. Does anyone know why? Hello again,

The sharepoint access and administration is created when a company/person purchases a Microsoft Business subscription.

The company/person will then go ahead and setup this page/server for themselves to suit their need. The moment the payment is stopped or the account is closed. The access is also stopped or closed for every account created under that subscription.

When that happens you get the above message.

You can also get the above message if the account which is trying to access its content is deleted or disabled. In this case, the company is still running and the subscription is still active, but access to the onedrive or any other services granted to that user has been disabled.

The last scenario is the reason I ask you to contact the IT Team of the company. But you have informed me that the company is now closed.

To keep this tread actual if someone else is looking for this problem:

The Flag "Exchange Cache Mode" at the Client's Settings is the reason why it did not show the attachments!

If this option is disabled it works... not really a solution but a workaround

wir haben aktuell das gleiche Thema.

Laut dem Beiträge-Verlauf, habe ich ein Mitglied entfernt. Das habe ich aber nicht getan, auch bin ich nicht der einzige Team-Besitzer.

Jetzt haben wir festgestellt, dass der User, den ich angeblich aus dem Teams entfernt habe, an dem Tag im Tenant/AD disabled wurde.

Vor einiger Zeit stand in diesen Fällen im Beiträge-Verlauf "XY wurde aus dem Teams entfernt".

Kann man diese Formulierung wieder irgendwo einstellen? Ansonsten wirkt es so, als würde das System in meinem Namen etwas tun, was echt ungklücklich ist.
