Microsoft Windows Login Problem

So i just bought a new pc and after it booted up and i had installed all the updates i wanted to login to my microsoft account on windows i put in my email and the microsoft password and then the windows password of the user. My problem is after doing all that it doesnt log in it just says there is a problem without any problem number or so and says its from their side and says to try again. After that i press on ok and it just starts loading till i move my mouse a little bit and then it stopps. How do i fix this cause i dont even know what the problem is
