    Dear Ladies and GentlemansA Customer wants to have the Fido2 Authentication for Office 365 as also for the Microsoft Computers. As far as i know this is only available with Server 2016 and Azure Ad Sync Service. The Costumer has already an Tenant and also Exchange Mailboxes with example *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as Mailbox adress. Localy there is no Exchange Server and the Azure-AD Synchronisation is not configured.     This could be the reason - I've verified the domain I wanted to use in Azure AD.

    Is there a way I can migrate existing personal accounts to Azure AD accounts, which all the services e.g. Skype credit and so on?

    So I've basically three options, use a different domain, create an Azure AD account for my daughter with the desired email or delete the domains in Azure Portal.

    Right?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

    You cannot transfer Microsoft 365 subscription from one Microsoft account to another account.

    If you redeemed a product key for Microsoft subscription to a wrong account, the subscription is associated with that Microsoft account.

    Yes, you can cancel this subscription from the wrong account, then purchase a new Microsoft 365 subscription with the right account.

    Please understand that you can only use Office product in the region it was purchased.

    You can contact Microsoft support to assist you further:
    1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
    2. Describe your issue and click 'Get Help'.
    3. Select your product and category > Confirm.
    4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
    5. Click Start Chat.

    Von was für einem Server wird migriert?



    Bitte gehe auch folgende Artikel durch und überprüfe ob alles wie dort beschrieben gemacht wurde:



    Migrieren
    von IMAP-Postfächern zu Office 365.




    Verwenden von PowerShell zum Ausführen einer IMAP-Migration
    zu Office 365.




    Du kannst auch die
    Problembehandlung bei IMAP-Postfach-Migration
    nutzen um die Ursache zu finden.

    Looks like UI error. Have you tried creating the rules via PowerShell? You can use the New-InboxRule cmdlet: technet.microsoft.com/.../dd335170(v=exchg.150).aspx

    You can also create them via Outlook, by configuring the shared mailbox as additional account. If you need help with doing that, follow these steps: www.michev.info/.../How-to-add-a-shared-mailbox-as-additional-account-in-Outlook

    From our side we tried to do it from our side but we need 1 of the shared mailbox users credentials to be able to apply the rule.

    Here example for the PS command: new-inboxrule -name "Spam Move" -mailbox "ctobio" -MoveToFolder 'Junk E-Mail' -SubjectContainsWords "[Spam:" -StopProcessingRules $true

    UI Lösung:

    If you get "The Store ID provided isn't an ID of an item." when making a rule or autoreply on a shared mailbox in the outlook web interface (OWA) then you must scroll down to the choice Options -> OTHER and choose "Go to the earlier version" to make and
    edit your rules and autoreply settings.

    The updated user interface has a bug that saves your rules under your personal account and not the shared mailbox you have opened. The Store ID of the object (mailbox folder) is not valid on your personal account resulting in the error. If you made a rule
    with something valid for your personal account like set the message as read, or change the category then it would have saved without the error but you will find it saves it in your personal account and not the shared mailbox so it actually will not work as
    intended.

    I understand you are inquiring about how to transfer your school OneNote files from your school account to your personal account.

    Yes, you can copy notes/materials from your school account to your personal account.

    1. Open the OneNote app.

    2. Navigate to the notebook with the notes you'd like to copy over.

    3. Right-click on the page that you want to copy, then select Move/Copy from the pop-up menu.

    4. Choose the section where you want to copy, then select Copy.

    5. Navigate to your personal account's notebook to view the copy of that page.

    6. Repeat the steps above for any pages you want to copy into your personal account.
