MS Access 365 can't save report as PDF/A sometimes

I've switched from Access 2013 to Microsoft® Access® für Microsoft 365 MSO Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20052 32 Bit and now can't reliably save an Access report as PDF/A. I can reliably save the report as pdf with the PDF/A option off registry Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\FixedFormat\LastISO19005-1 = 0, but quite often not with it on. It doesn't seem to be related to the size of the report. I want to archive the PDF.Any ideas? How can I report the bug?

Die letzten beiden Zeichen meines Benutzernamens sind kleine Ls, keine

Den ersten Link kenne ich bereits, es scheint aber dabei zu bleiben - als
Text zu formatieren ist die einzige Möglichkeit.

Bezüglich des PDF/A-3-Problems - es geht nicht um das Papierformat DIN A3, sondern um eine "PDF-Version" (s.

PDF/A-3, PDF for Long-term Preservation, Use of ISO 32000-1, With Embedded Files).

Why can't Microsoft push out another update to correct this issue. All MS Office Apps will not open or create and save any docs in Excel, Word or Powerpoint. When is the next update coming with a fix so we don't have to spend all the time and effort to correct the error MS created with the update by uninstalling and reinstalling.

Da würde ich auf die - wenn auch etwas ältere - Aussage von Chris Schneider (immerhin ein MS-Offizieller)

hier verweisen: "Any Windows device that is touch enabled and has a detachable keyboard qualifies as a tablet." Nach meinem Verständnis kann man den Microsoft Support anrufen und die ermöglichen dann eine weitere Installation.
