MS Forms standard Setting for who can answer

Is it possible to adjust the standard settings for who can answer on MS Forms in my organization?Background: We are testing the function Forms Presenter mode for Powerpoint. But the users have to remember everytime to set the option to "everyone can answer". Because if they dont and someone scans the qr-code with their smartphone, they have to log in with their account first. Also externals will not be able to answer at allNow I want to set the standard setting to "everyone can answer" for MS Forms within my organization.Or maybe at least be able to set it for specific people on their accou

I'm used in English.

Most German speaking MS users are quite familiar with English and therefore I leave it in this thread.

Once I got an anser which solves the problem, I'm willing to put a most in the german speaking part.

I think the English speaking community is much bigger and therefore my hope is to get faster an answer!
