Dear sir or madam,

I am using MICROSOFT-office products but I am not using Outlook for business emails. Recently, all our company's email-adresses managed by Hetzner have been banned by the microsoft blacklist frontbridge. This means that we cannot send emails to ANY Office365 clients. We are a very well known and respected company in Salzburg, Austria. We are definitely not sending out SPAM, so this is a desaster for us.

I have been trying up and down to get us off this SPAM list by frontbridge.com but nothing seems to work and MICROSOFT-support is far from helpful. Actually, they are treating me like a criminal at best.

Please advise on the next steps.

Your IP Address where you are sending messages to Outlook.com Server has been blocked by Microsoft as "Outbound Sender Spam"

You need to change your IP Addeess or make a request to Microsoft Outlook.com to they delist it:

Just noticed that OneDrive has been silently updated today, version is 19.192.0926.0012

Currently I'm not even able to log in to my OneDrive account, after entering my email address the logon window appears again and again.

If your security information was changed by the hacker, you will need to go through the link below to request for Account Recovery. You’ll be asked for info, like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details only you would know. You don't have to know every answer, and it's ok to be close if you don't know the exact answer.
