My email adress used for my Microsoft account is blocked - requesting recovery

I didnot install office on my laptop. It had come with preinstalled office 365 apps.
I received the purchase confirmation from lenovo germany on my gmail id (which is actually from India)
I have actually used the student discount while purchaseing the laptop using my university email id to get discount and while billing I gave my indian gmail id.
I am using the same indian gmail id for logging in to my microsoft account for activating the office on my laptop. I also tried asking for help on lenovo support but they say to ask microsoft support to give product key or activation help. I also asked microsoft but I get no response.

I reply in english. I think that might be better. I tried to look that up but couldnt find any other accounts. The only account is the one that I am having.

Yet it is weird that I can use my very same email and log into another account using a different pssword. Another weird thing is that for some reason my employer is mentioned as well. But my privat email is not at all tied to my employer. It worries me a
little to be honest.

There seems to be power bi as well. Power bi is actually only used from my employer. I am not admin right now.

under personal information is nothing but my email address.

<br />I did activate the initial Office download with my mother-in-law’s Microsoft account and that worked fine for her user account, but not for my father-in-law’s. So I added my father-in-law as additional family member to my subscription, connected his user account to his Microsoft account and reinstalled Office but this didn’t solve my Outlook problems.

<br />thank you very much for your answer! The messages are not to be found in the "Sent" folder of my gmail account. Is there a way to check in the Word document which e-mail account is being used?

There is not a forum for Excel/VBA in that forum, I used to write my questions were I also posted this one; please elaborate?
