you cannot install Service Pack 3 for Office 2007 because you haven't installed Office 2007. The program you are using is not Microsoft Office, it is a third party application which doesn't support Office service packs. If you need help with the program

It is possible, but you will need to develop a VBA code to do this.

You also can try adding a hiperlink in the chart, following those steps

Select your chart

Insert > Links > Insert Link (bottom of your list) opens the standard Insert Hyperlink dialog box

Place in this document will allow you to choose a cell reference or defined name.
