<br />What does that mean in detail? Are you working on a fix? I've had this problem for almost 2 years now and nobody at Microsoft took it seriously. My ticket was processed for 6 months and at the end no one got in touch. There was never any feedback, although the employees reproduced the problem several times on my PC.

<br />I know this is a community forum and the odds are very small to get a solution here but that underlines my despair.
<br />Unfortunately I think that there is still some activity on the account as it still exists.
<br />However I dont believe that a "real" user is behind the account as I tried sending an email to it with an explanation of my situation but I got no response whatsoever.
<br />I think I have to live with the fact that there is no way of getting my account back.

Is there a way to put all 6TB into one account - for me there is no need to have a second or third account - I will use these 6TB for my own.
So this would be a way to overthink my decision.
