My mobile phone number is already used when joining the ms 365 developer program

Hi!
<br />I try to place my problem in english.
<br />My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
<br />I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
<br />So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
<br />Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
<br />But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
<br />My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
<br />There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.

<br />I gave you a short answer yesterday. My Problem is: I have an account for microsoft and a valid subscription for microsoft 365 which I can use without problems on my Apple iMac. But I cannot use the subscription on my Apple Laptop, which is also registered on the same account. On the Laptop there is a message that I should renew the subscription. And then when I try to correct it on the Laptop, I get the answer that there is no account available with this user name. But on the same homepage by microsoft I can get the information that my account and my subscription are okay. - So this state of affairs means that there is a mistake in the communication between my Laptop and the microsoft 365 administration. For the moment I cannot get any chat oder phone support by microsoft - and the automatically given supports are useless. (I have already deinstalled all office programs on the Laptop and then reloaded it - but without any result for the problem.)
<br />I would be very glad if you can solve this problem or give me an advice for further action or support.

Thanks a lot for the reply! If you dont mind, I would like to elobarate my question in english. First problem is that I would like to add a word document (coverpage) to my word document. This coverpage is already prepared. But I have to merge this two word documents. How is it possible? The second problem is when I add a header in the coverpage, it appears in the other pages also. How can I fix the header just in the first page? Third problem is that I have deleted some references in the bibliography, when I update the bibliography, the deleted references don't disappear. How can I fix it?

Es ist zum verzweifeln. Mein Englisch ist nicht wirklich gut, die Schulzeit liegt schon lange zurück. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass ich nicht vorwärts kommen werde. Ich veröffentliche mal den Mailverkehr, Namen usw. mache ich unkenntlich, hoffe das ist OK.

Gerne nehme ich Tipps und Hilfen entgegen.

I didn't bought this from MS, I bought it from a normal Dealer at the internet.

I can show You the bill, no problem. You need the key from the license, no problem.

I only don't have the software. In my hands I'm holding something like a credit card with an MS label on it with the key and on it everything else.

I only need the software for my new PC. I have office professional 2007 already, but it's not with One Note, my favorite program from MS.

If we don't get forward or You think that you're the wrong person or enterprise, please tell me. Then I have to contact MS Germany again and show them our mails in aspiration to get the damn Software that I have bought. It's frustrating.
