Hello, I want to set up authenticator on a new phone. I know all my login data and can complete the progress, but then I need to authenticate me identity and I can only authenticate myself through my athenticator app, which I can not open on my old phone. I already watched the youtube video https://youtu.be/jTwtosQkn6I from Microsoft and there he said, that I need to have my register my number for an alternative autorization method. I don´t know how I can to this. Also I am student so that is not my professional account but the student one.Please help me, I have some cryptos on my authent

 No worries,
 But actually after reading your post again, stop me if i am worng, you want to recover the admnin account?
 If its the recovery you are looking for or changes to the way you authenticate its the same way to do so.
 Change your two-step verification method and settings (microsoft.com)
 Hope that helps if not i would still need the info to open a case for you

 If you do not know why this is the case, it is not a drag because I do not need a calculation for my current case.

Hi!
 I try to place my problem in english.
 My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
 I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
 So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
 Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
 But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
 My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
 There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.

Well my friend, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you. You'll need to contact Microsoft Official support for business to see if they can delete the old tenant for you.

Is there a way to put all 6TB into one account - for me there is no need to have a second or third account - I will use these 6TB for my own.
So this would be a way to overthink my decision.
