New Outlook Mac: Organizing adressbook

Dear CommunityWe switched to New Outlook for Mac. There are several questions, especially regarding the adressbook.How can you organize your contacts best? For example, it seems like there are several duplicated contacts, how can I join them together? Why do some show the private email adress as a primary one, how can I switch it to the buisness one without having to delete the private adress? I thought about exporting the contacts to clean them up in an excel file, and there seems to be a command, but its greyed out and unusable. Does anyone have the same issue? Any ideas how to selve this?Th

i use the newest version of both: outlook is the newest version and my mac also is updated to the newest. outlook still greyed out when i want to add a task.

nein, ich nutze Outlook for Mac (not new Outlook) und nicht OWA, weil ich dort 3 Email-Konten integrieren konnte (Gmx, Gmail, Kundenkonto exchange), die ich für meine Kunden nutzen muss.
<br />Wenn das mit dem neuen Outlook auch geht, könnte ich das ja mal versuchen oder was meinen Sie ?

Eigentlich gehe ich davon aus, dass es die neue Version auch für die University Lizenz gibt. Vor einiger Zeit gab es von Office folgenden Blog-Beitrag:
