No E-Mails Receiving and sending

Dear CommunityI set up my first Azure environment and added to an user a Office365 Basis license, so I can use Outlook web.I can log in and see Outlook web with this user.License is also assigned to this user.But I do not receive any mails nor can I send any.After two days I got an error message. I took it like it was and did not change any settings for smtp or elseCan you help me?Thank you in advance!

Das Problem hat sich von selbst gelöst

Die Universität hat ihren Mail-Anbieter gewechselt und da gab es diverse PRobleme.

Ich verstehe, Sie können keine E-Mails Ihrer Universität erhalten, und haben die von meine Vorrednerin gegeben Einstellungen schon überprüft.

Geben Sie uns in diesem Fall bitte das betroffene Konto an, damit wir dieses näher überprüfen können.

Bei Fragen melden Sie auch natürlich gerne.

die Informationen habe ich geprüft, in der Hauptstelle funktioniert es ja auch mit genau diesen Optionen, bloß nicht in der Außenstelle.
Hier die Fehlermeldung von Canon:

#806 [SMTP] Sending to e-mail server
Cause Remedy
-Incorrect username or password was specified when
sending to the E-mail/I-fax Server.
-Check and verify that the username and password are correct.
-Check and verify that E-mail/I-fax server destination is correct.
-Incorrect destination was specified when sending an E- mail/Ifax
server.
Notes:
Please use Microsoft Outlook Express (DO NOT USE OUTLOOK) to test, verify and confirm the correct requirements for the E-mail
server that the customer is trying to use to send E-mail. You can bring up Microsoft Outlook Express by clicking START > RUN then
type MSIMN and click OK. Then create an E-mail account using the information that was provided to you and try to send an email
from MS Outlook Express.

Die Anmeldedaten sind nicht Falsch.
Und komischerweise erreicht er auch den SMTP Server auf der Druckerweboberfläche.
Der Übertrag funktioniert dennoch nicht.

werden die Umlaute nur in manchen E-Mails inkorrekt dargstellt? (Stelle mal die Codierung der E-Mails auf Westeuropäisch)
