Not receiving Mails in my inbo

Das Problem hat sich von selbst gelöst Die Universität hat ihren Mail-Anbieter gewechselt und da gab es diverse PRobleme.

Ich verstehe, Sie können keine E-Mails Ihrer Universität erhalten, und haben die von meine Vorrednerin gegeben Einstellungen schon überprüft.

Geben Sie uns in diesem Fall bitte das betroffene Konto an, damit wir dieses näher überprüfen können.

Of course,

Since I have a separate domain with e-mail, the Outlook.com account is not my main and not my only account.
So I had to perform step 2 in the tutorial.

I have the IMAP mail accounts re-set up.

So now I am back on the green field and can try to set up the Outlook.com account.

How do I add the account via "e-mail account" or via "manual configuration or additional service types"?

I have log myself correctly.

The direct way "e-mail account" does not go my e-mail address is ***** is and no @ Outlook.com address.
My account with Microsoft is my e-mail address *****

Therefore, somehow simply can not work.

Frustration....

I tried this also a dozen times to no avail.
<br />Also I have access to not just this one Microsoft Mail account and all the other are working just fine but only my main account isn't.
<br />So I can also exclude that this is a problem related to any of my devices.
<br />As this "testconnectivity.microsoft.com" thingy also works with every of my other acounts but not with my main account let me come to the conclusion that the error is on the server side.
<br />Edit: For the desktop Application "Outlook" it is working fine. But that's not my problem, my Problem is everything else like the "GMail Android" App and even "Microsoft Windows Mail" will not work.

Probier mal aus, einen neuen Mail-Alias anzulegen (z.B. L:
*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** oder @Outlook.de) und diesen zu benutzten. Auf diese Weise habe ich es geschafft, dass >95% der Mails durchkamen.

Und das alles im gleichen Account, der primäre Alias ist gleich geblieben (@live.de). Und letztlich landet ja eh alles im gleichen Posteingang.

Dummerweise kamen alle Mails meiner Hausbank nicht an. Daher war auch dieser Workaround für mich nicht tragbar. Zumindest kamen nun aber Mails von web.de und T-Online an.

Exakt unser aller Problem. So selten scheint es nicht zu sein, wenn man mal auf Englisch googelt, a`la outlok.com mails not receiving
