Not receiving Verifications from third Party Sites Ubisoft/Riot Games/EA/etc.

<br />I bought the licence from a third-party provider and made a note in my licences at the time. There I noted "See OneDrive account". Unfortunately, this means I don't have a key.

Yes, I can see your order but order confirmation does not display receipt of license. If you purchase a subscription from a third party retailer like Lenovo, your subscription is with Lenovo.

Please understand that you cannot make payment to Lenovo and get product key from Microsoft. However, you can reach out to Microsoft support via live chat: http://support.office.com/home/chat

If you purchased the subscription from Google or any other third party retailer, your subscription is with Google the third party retailer.

When you try to activate Office 365, do you get an error message?
