office 2019 Installation

Hallo, habe original Key zur Aktivierung von 2019 office home&student gekauft. Aber die exe startet und es kommt kurz danach das orange office-feld mit Ansage " sind gleich fertig", danach macht wieder zu und Installation nicht fertig?

Auch Neustart hilft nicht.

Gibt's irgend ein Trick?

Auch das Wiederinstallieren meiner 2013 Version von meinem Microsoftkonto geht nicht mehr?

Hallo Ugo, ja es handelte sich bei meiner Office 2016 Installation um x64, und auch bei der Office 2019 Version.
<br />Ich habe vor der versuchten Office 2019 Installation MS Office 2016 über die Systemsteuerung deinstalliert, und danach auch das MS Fix-It (SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) ausgeführt, falls noch Reste der Office 2016 Installation vorhanden sein sollten - ohne Erfolg.
<br />Ps: Office 2016 lässt sich wieder installieren. Ich möchte aber Office 2019 verwenden, nachdem ich es ja gekauft habe.

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student und Office 365 Personal können ausschließlich auf dem Laufwerk der Windows-Installation, im Regelfall Laufwerk C, installiert werden.

Bei Installation von Microsoft Office 2019 Home auf einer anderen Partition wird für diese Installation eine eigene Lizenz benötigt.

Lizenzen zu Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student und Office 365 Personal werden immer einem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet.

Wenn, ja: Handelt es sich tatsächlich um eine Installation zu Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus?

Fordere bei deinem Verkäufer eine neue Installationsdatei zu Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus?

Die Installation der Desktopversionen aus den Microsoft 365 Apps neben Microsoft Office 2019 ist nicht möglich.

Die Installation von Programmen aus Microsoft 365 App zur Zusammenarbeit ist neben Microsoft Office 2019 möglich.

Was soll dein Kind tatsächlich installieren?

Eine Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business erlaubt nur die Installation und Aktivierung auf einem Gerät.

Zur Installation und Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business auf einem weiteren Gerät muss eine weitere Lizenz erworben werden.
