office 365 opening error

Office 365 is installed but everytime I open any of the apps xls,word,outlook it says unfortunatelly an error prevents outlook/xls/Word from openingI uninstalled everything and reinstalled everthing online install, offline install even using the support tool to remove office but yet the same error pops.Any one has any idea what to do?

Handelt es sich dabei um eine bestimmte Datei oder um mehrere?

Ist diese Datei in einen /mehrere Unterordner?

Was passiert, wenn du diese Datei in den Stammordner von OneDrive for Business verschiebst/kopierst - kannst du sie von dort öffnen?

Kannst du diese Datei öffnen, wenn du sie herunterlädst?

Wie lange ist der Name der Datei inklusive Pfad? Bitte beachte, dass es eine Beschränkung auf 256 Zeichen gibt.

Die Fehlermeldung sagt, dass eine DLL beschädigt ist oder fehlt?

Schau dir Mal folgende Hilfeseite an:

danke für Deine Nachricht.

Es kommt die Fehlermeldung:

"There was an error opening this document.

Acces denied.

Meine weiteren Schritte:

a) OK zur Meldung

b)Create PDF aufrufen.

Damit ist das Ende erreicht, denn es passiert nichts mehr.

 we observed a related issue with ms-access db by opening over an excel vb macro. We get the runtime error 3014, additional tables coundn’t be opend...
 We also fixed it by reinstall an older version of office.

Das dürfte dir helfen. Es ist zwar nicht ganz das selbe Produkt, aber der Fehler hat grundsätzlich zwei Ursachen.
