Office activation: email address is unintentionally changed within activation window

Dear community,It's a few days since my Microsoft 365 installation asked me to sign in to my microsoft account for product activation. I type in my email address and after clicking OK "Weiter", German the log in email address is changed in the window where I can type in my password. Subsequently the authentication process fails because the license is linked to the email address I typed in Picture "1" and not to the one that it was changed to Picture "2". It seems to be a device specific problem because on another windows device the email address isn't changed during the authentication pr

Hallo,

wende dich an den Verkäufer. Office wurde unter einer anderen Adresse bereits registriert und somit kannst du es nicht nutzen. Der Verkäufer soll dir einen neuen Lizenz-Key zukommen lassen.
