office crashes tablet, can't be deinstalled

Hey there, I am having issues with microsoft apps in general on my tabletandroid11. I can install the app normally, but after that things don't work anymore.I had word and office on my tabletworked fine in the past but when I last opened the apps it crashed and switched off my tablet so hard it showed a booting menu on restart. I checked for updates but the version of the app I've been using isn't available anymore so I downloaded office365, but I ran into the exact same issues with that one.And the worst part is I can't even deinstall these apps anymore. They show up in the app-menu norma

Sie können sich nicht mehr in Ihrem Outlook.com anmelden, da die Meldung kommt, Sie müssen sich zunächst von Office 365 abmelden.

Da Sie sich bei https://account.live.com anmelden können ohne eine Fehlermeldung zu erhalten, scheint das Problem nicht an Ihrem Konto zu liegen, sondern hat etwas mit Ihrem Office 365 zu tun.

Daher bitte ich Sie, Ihr Anliegen in dem entsprechenden Forum zu stellen, damit Ihnen schnell und effizient weitergeholfen werden kann. Dazu gehen Sie bitte auf diesen Link: Office Forum

Ich habe dieses Problem ebenfalls - kann mich aber bei account.live.com anmelden.

Außerdem werden auf dem Smartphone die EMails noch synchronisiert.
Wie erhalte ich wieder Zugang zu meinem Konto im Inet?

Da Sie nach eigenen Angaben keine Problem haben, Sich bei
account.live.com anzumelden, verschiebe ich Ihr Anliegen in das Office 365 Forum, wo man Ihnen besser helfen kann, wieder Zugriff auf Ihre E-Mails herzustellen.
