Hello and hopefully someone can help me.....nearly two weeks ago I could absolutely work and sync files/folders with OneDrive.Today I wanted to reorganize some folders and delete some old files but the systems tells me now after trying to login with the Windows Sync Client:https://hernvf9.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/Throttle.htm#7 Something's not right The page you requested is temporarily unavailable. The sharepoint access and administration is created when a company/person purchases a Microsoft Business subscription.

The company/person will then go ahead and setup this page/server for themselves to suit their need. The moment the payment is stopped or the account is closed. The access is also stopped or closed for every account created under that subscription.

When that happens you get the above message.

You can also get the above message if the account which is trying to access its content is deleted or disabled. In this case, the company is still running and the subscription is still active, but access to the onedrive or any other services granted to that user has been disabled.

The last scenario is the reason I ask you to contact the IT Team of the company. But you have informed me that the company is now closed.

If the company does not exist anymore and the admin portal is closed, then you will not be able to gain access to the onedrive anymore.

Okay...thank you, Fuad.
As I'm not longer an employee of this company and the company itself isn't existing anymore I thought I can copy/move my files and folders to my private OneDrive-Space.
That is really very very bad......but anyway: Thanks for your information !

Thank you for coming to the forum.

I appreciate your thorough analysis of the problem, you have done a lot of the troubleshooting.

i am also sure you have tried accessing OneDrive.com from another browser.

What I noticed is that this is a Work or School account that was assigned to you from your organization.

I will have to ask one more thing for you to do, have you contacted the IT Dept of the organization? There could be something wrong with your access and if that is the case there is nothing much you or anyone else can do other than what you have done already. So they will need to check it from their Administrator end and let us know if the account is not experiencing any change to access or having any issue itself.

It is from their reply we can know what to do next, they may need to contact their link to Business Support to clear this for you. Please speak to them and let us know

Hmmm....only a question.....When i try to start OneDrive, i get the message that (so far as I understood) a connection to Sharepoint is not possible.

And the error-message is:
Something's not right
The page you requested is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience,
please check back in a few minutes.
But.....who is administering this Sharepoint-Server ? Is/Was it the company or is it (still) Microsoft ?
I'm a little bit confused now.....and shocked about the loss of all my files and folders :-(
