Onedrive - one or more users could not be resolved

Hi,I bought Office365 family and just added 2 members 3 users in total. When I opened OneDrive online and tried to share an existing folder via "manage access -> Groups / Family -> My family -> Send" I always receive an error pop-up saying "One or more users could not be resolved".If try to share a folder via the desktop app I do not even get the suggestion of my family group name when typing "family" like it works in the online app.I already tried to reinvite the other users and read all the articles but could not find any solution...Does anyone have an idea?Many thanks in advance.

ja hab ich alles versucht hat aber leider nicht geklappt.

ich kann mich jetzt online zwar anmelden bekomme aber keine keine emails, versenden geht schon. Bekomme aber E-Mails von Microsoft. Also ziemlich bizarr.

Ich bekomme auch immer die selbe Meldung wenn ich von einem anderen account auf den neuen versuche eine Mail zu senden:

Hi StankoBeronja,

It looks like somehow; the OneDrive is detecting invalid filename. As per the description, I understand that the filenames have all allowed character, in that case, it could be a bug.

Please be advised that as a Community Advisor(Not Microsoft Staff), I don't have access to the user's account, so it's difficult to investigate this issue further.

Nevertheless, You could OneDrive contact support with these options:

OneDrive personal: If you need help, email the OneDrive support team https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2113579.

OneDrive for Business users: Select the blue OneDrive cloud icon, select More > Send feedback > I don't like something.
