OneDrive permissions via link don't work

If I am translating this right, it sounds like you're saying your Sway works on your desktop, but parts of it don't display on your phone? Can you illustrate how it is failing on the phone either with screenshots or even by sharing the link to it and stating
what is failing?

Unfortunately I can't find the files by searching them or in Word.
1. I don't have an 365 Abo, do you know if I can use the "Reset my whole OneDrive"-function also if I only buy the Abo now? Does it work retroperspectively? If yes, I think this could solve my problem.
2. Do you know what happens with OneDrive files when one overwrites them with "Copy+replace"? This is how I lost my file and still it's not in the bin.
