OneNote App doesnt work, cant sign me in E0000024 c3zov

I cannot really sign into my OneNote account on the App. It works using OneDrive and I can use my documents and they synchronise accordingly when working online, but i really need the app. my Error code is: E0000024 c3zov Maybe it is because I have two other Microsoft/OneDrive accounts. Maybe it is because my Internet is too slow I moved rcently So it works online, through my Browser, but it doesnt work on the App. It has always worked through the App, i have been using it for 4 years. I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.
