OneNote doesn‘t open any more, what can I do?

OneNote doesn‘t open at all! The app It just closes the picture after a few seconds. I have it on my IPad, on my pc that‘s not a problem … What can I do? There is no message nor any communication from the app.I have office365 and the IPad is from my school.I have the latest version on the IPad, I have already closed all applications, rebooted the IPad, asking other people … nobody could help me.The last option is may be to delete the app and install it again BUT I am scared to lose all my notes in my class notebook!Thanks for any help. By the way, I am new in using OneNote…

Thank you for coming to the forum.

I appreciate your thorough analysis of the problem, you have done a lot of the troubleshooting.

i am also sure you have tried accessing OneDrive.com from another browser.

What I noticed is that this is a Work or School account that was assigned to you from your organization.

I will have to ask one more thing for you to do, have you contacted the IT Dept of the organization? There could be something wrong with your access and if that is the case there is nothing much you or anyone else can do other than what you have done already. So they will need to check it from their Administrator end and let us know if the account is not experiencing any change to access or having any issue itself.

It is from their reply we can know what to do next, they may need to contact their link to Business Support to clear this for you. Please speak to them and let us know

I know about the three options but my problem is, i want to change, for example, only the color of the title. how i can modify the design specific for that part of my sway i want.

I search for a solution to "unlink" the fields in header and footer. For example a date field, which updates when I print or open the file.

In word I can do this with a macro, but in excel and powerpoint that solution didn't worked.
