Outlook Application does not recognize any valid mail address but the office 365 online...

Hi Microsoft Team,my parents are using a shared office 365 license. In office 365 of my parents it shows the they successfully got a shared license. However, when we download office package and try to access the Outlook Application locally we cannot login. Any valid mail address that can be used through the online 365 platform shows the "we don't recognize...." error when trying to access Office locally. We have tried re-installing office but without success. What can I do to resolve this issue?Kind regards,Thomas

1. Restart your computer

2. Don't open an Office app yet, and try this online repair: https://support.microsoft.com/office/7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b if didn't work, try to uninstall the Office using the Office uninstall support tool, instruction is in the same link.

You can also try to update your Office, here's how: https://support.microsoft.com/office/2ab296f3-7f03-43a2-8e50-46de917611c5
