Outlook: Arrows not confirm to navigation

The Outlook Team is investigating this issue. Just wanted to confirm its being worked on.

Reset the Navigation Pane
To reset the Navigation Pane and to undo all customizations start Outlook by (check your path to outlook.exe);

Start-> Run; "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 14\Outlook.exe" /resetnavpane

I believe the API you are using needs access to Azure Active Directory, but you would need to consult with the documentation to confirm this, or a software developer for further assistance.

If each paragraph is placed in a textbox/ placeholder, it sure will work on "By Paragraph" option. Kindly check once to confirm.

Thanks for you response. In your first message, you mentioned you purchased two subscriptions. If you purchased two subscriptions of the same type, (for example, two Microsoft 365 personal), the subscription will not work separately. What happens is, your subscription will be added to accumulate for the number it was purchased. If you bought two yearly subscriptions, one will not end before the other. Both subscriptions will be cumulated to run for two years.
<br />Can you confirm when the subscription was purchased and how many of the orders says "redeemed" in your account?
