Outlook Calendar events won't appear properly via Iphone

The Outlook app on your phone will only sync with calendars stored on a server - that would be Gmail, yahoo/aol, iCloud and outlook.com/exchange.

So, 2 of your 4 calendars will sync to the mobile device.

Local (Only this PC) <== won't sync anywhere

Study <== this is the ics file added as an internet calendar? It won't sync anywhere if subscribed in Outlook desktop software. If you subscribe to it in Outlook.com, it will sync to both Outlook desktop and the phone app. However, there are some issues with calendars subscribed in outlook.com updating, so it might not update after the first time (until they fix it).

Family calendar <== Outlook.com family calendar? This should sync to the Outlook mobile app as an exchange account.

Google Calendar <== this is a subscribed calendar in outlook desktop. the Gmail account needs added to the mobile device as an Outlook.com or Exchange account. If you subscribe to it in Outlook.com, it will sync - but adding the account to the mobile is better, especially since subscribed calendars aren't updating properly for some users.

ich kann leider keine Terminserien in Outlook für Androit erstellen.

Diese Funktion gibt es derzeit nicht, ist aber geplant, siehe hier:

Auch ist die Erinnerungsfunktion nur bis max. 1 Stunde vor dem Termin möglich.

Auch hierzu gibt es beireits eine Anfrage beim Entwicklerteam im UserVoice. Dieser Vorschlag wird derzeit geprüft, siehe:

Du kannst gerne bei beiden Anfragen im UserVoice deine Stimme abgeben - je mehr Nutzer dies machen, desto wahrscheinlicher ist eine schnelle Umsetzung.

was für ein Konto möchtest du synchronisieren? Ein outlook.com-Konto?

Wenn ja, du hast das Konto in Outlook 2013 wie
hier beschrieben eingebunden und auf dem iPhone wie
hier beschrieben?

Wenn ja, in wie fern funktioniert der Kalenderabgleich nicht? Teste dazu bitte folgendes:

Test 1:

1. Lege einen Termin in Outlook 2013 an.

2. Prüfe, ob dieser online unter
https://bay01.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx angezeigt wird.

3. Wenn ja, prüfe, ob dieser im iPhone angezeigt wird.

Test 2:

1. Lege einen Termin im iPhone an.

2. Prüfe, ob dieser online unter
https://bay01.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx angezeigt wird.

3. Wenn ja, prüfe, ob dieser in Outlook 2013 angezeigt wird.

Test 3:

1. Lege einen Termin online unter
https://bay01.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx an.

2. Prüfe, ob dieser Outook 2013 und im iPhone angezeigt wird.

Add iCalendar files into Outlook

iCalendar (or iCal) files are data files that contain details of events including the date, time and location. iCal files can either be opened in Outlook as a new Outlook Calendar (separate from your existing calendars) or the iCal file can be
saved and imported into your existing Outlook Calendar.

• Open an iCal file in Microsoft
  Outlook
• Import an iCal
  file into your Outlook Calendar

Open an iCal file in Microsoft Outlook
Opening an iCal file in Microsoft Outlook will create a new calendar in your Outlook Calendars that contains the events from the iCal file. This calendar will be completely separate from your other Outlook calendars and will exist in Outlook
until you choose to remove it.

To open an iCal file in Outlook:

1. Click on an iCal link on a website
2. When prompted, click Open. The iCalendar will appear in your Outlook Calendar under 'Other Calendars'.
   

Import an iCal file into your Outlook Calendar
If you would like to add information from an iCal file into your Outlook Calendar:

1. Click on an iCal link on a website
2. When prompted, click Save and save the file to your computer
3. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to File >
   Open > Import
4. When prompted select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs) and click
   Next
5. When prompted, browse for the iCal file that you saved to your computer and click
   OK (the file will have the file extension of .ics e.g. basics.ics).
6. When prompted, click Import
7. The dates from the iCal file will now be imported into your existing Outlook Calendar
