Outlook.com marks all Mails from immo-vision.at as SPAM. How can that be resolved?

Hello, in the last weeks appeared a problem at my customer, that all mails from his domain "immo-vision.at" are recognized as SPAM by Outlook Accounts. I could recreate the problem by making an outlook.com Mail Adress and I could immediately see this phenomen. funny side fact: Message from Microsoft about Onedrive was also put in Junk Folder. We arr noz listed at Spamhaus.org, neither IP from our exchange server nor domain name. SPF, DKIM und DMARC are set correctly by our Magenta business Mail Provider.Help will be very much appreciated.Wish you all the very best!Heiko MARTIN

 So I know how to determine if I have internet connection or not but I don't know how to control Outlook with the information. I have to see how I can do it ew differently. The best would be to start an Outlook macro from outside, if that is possible at all.
