Hello,I use MSFT 365 office outlook for mac, version 16.52I run several 4 exchange accounts in my outlook and 2 non-exchange accounts, one account actually is the master account that has all the 5000 contacts.If I open a new contact and store data for a new contact I have no idea in which of the accounts it is stored. Even if I tick the Contacts Box under a certain account, the contact will not show up there. I have to take the new contact and move it over to that account-contact and then it appears there too. but now I see it twice but can not see which is the one. so, questions=> whe

Guten Tag,
 die Antwort trifft nicht das Problem.
 Ja, ich habe mehrere MSFT Exchange Accounts und ja, Kontakte sind in der Cloud.
 Ich möchte aber NUR IN EINEM Exchange Account ALLE meine Kontakte haben, die anderen haben KEINE KONTAKTE.
 Wie mache ich das ?
 Wie lege ich fest wohin ein neuer Kontakt, der in Outlook angelegt wird, gespeichert wird ?

Hallo,

lt. O365 Administration ist der Fehler (interne Nummer bei MS EX125946 - Duplicate and inaccessible contacts folder) noch in Prüfung und man hat jetzt einen Fix gefunden. Dieser muss aber noch ausgerollt werden, was bis 17. Januar passiert sein soll.

Workaround wäre nach wie vor, die Kontakte von "Kontakte" nach "Contacts" zu kopieren, dann "Kontakte" zu löschen und den "Contacts" umzubenennen.

Welche Geräte sind denn verbunden? Handelt es sich um mobile Geräte?
