Outlook duplicates Tasks as soon as I click on folder

I'm an IT administrator, and one of my clients has a problem with Tasks in Outlook.She is working with Task a lot, and she has access to other task folders shared by her colleagues.After supporting her suddenly, when she opens one folder in tasks, Outlook creates or duplicates the exact same folder.I have tried many things, but nothing has helped.I tried:customized the view of the folders several times"outlook.exe /resettodobar" in RunDownload a new Outlook profile"Outlook.exe /safe" in Run startedThe safe mode only helps sporadically, but as soon as I restart Outlook, normally the same proble

Hi everybody,

I just found this thread when I thought I was to silly to adjust my new Outlook 2013! Thank heavens, it was not me, it was Microsoft! But I really hope that they will change this item as soon as possible - that's really annoying to have to click on the
each day if you want a good survey of your upcoming doings.

Habe in einem anderen Forum eine Antwort gefunden, die es für mich gelöst hat:

Click on the search icon, search on cmd when you find the application (Command Prompt) run as administrator (i.e. right click it and click run as administrator). You will then see a rectangular black window appear with folder> then type in sfc/scannow and
sit back and wait (takes a while to run).

When finished type in exit. Then close outlook, restart and problem solve. Seems to have solved the problem for a number of people on the other thread too.
