Outlook Get Add-ins is greyed out - Microsoft 365 Single

Hey everyone,

I know this question has been asked mutiple times on this forum but none of the other solutions worked for me. I enabled the checkboxes for 3d-party experiences in outlook and as a Microsoft 365 Single Education user I dont have an administrator or anything that blocks the accesss. I am on Version 2103 Build 13901.20400 which should be the latest. Is there a solution I missed?
The only thing I can think off why I can not use the get add-ins, it is not an option for users without an exchange account. If thats the case, I would like to now why.

The "add contact" menu item is greyed out.

How do I enable it?

Daniel, die du ausprobieren kannst:

Office 365 Outlook-Format Text tab greyed out . Wichtig ist, dasss du das Problem im abgesicherten Modus prüfst.

Thankyou so much for the response.
I purchased the Microsoft 365 single (1 year subscription) directly from lenovo germany offcial website along with my laptop.
I do not get any error, but I am asked to add product key or purchase again a subscription .
Looking forward for the help.

Hallo Forby,

Oeffne Outlook abgesichert und gehe dann auf: Datei->Optionen->Add-Ins->Verwalten: Com-Add-Ins->Gehe zu und entferne dort das fehlerhafte Add-Ins. (Es dort mehrere Add-Ins aufgefuehrt, die Microsoft und BCM Add-Ins sollten nicht stoeren).

Solltest du nicht wissen welches Add-In es ist, entfern bei einem den Haken und teste das Verhalten von Outlook anschliessend. Verfahr so bis du das entsprechende Add-In gefunden hast.
