seid ich die neue Ansicht / Oberfläche auf meinem outlook-hotmail account habe, läuft das Programm sehr schlecht und sehr langsam.

beim scrollen springt der courser ständig nach oben zurück, oder der bildschirm hat einen kurzen blackout, oder ich kann keine älteren mails suchen und aufmachen.

Befehle wie löschen oder mail öffnen sind extrem langsam.

was ist passiert, was kann ich machen?

lösche deine Hotmail Adresse im Outlook, deinstalliere den Hotmail Connector, lade den Outlook Hotmail Connector in aktuellster Version herunter und installiere den.

Dann richtest du die Hotmail Adresse nochmal über den Outlook Hotmail Connector ein.

nutzen Sie Hotmail oder Outlook?

Hotmail hat kein Zahnrad. Outlook hat ein Zahnrrad und dort können Sie von Outlook wieder auf Hotmail wechseln.

Bitte vergewissern Sie sich das Sie Outlook nutzen.

ich habe ebenfalls ein Problem mit dem Sync.

Wenn ich im Smartphone oder bei hotmail einen Kalendereintrag hinzufüge, sehe ich diesen nicht im Outlook-Hotmail Kalender.

Der Kalendereintrag wird nicht von Hotmail nach Outlook synchronisiert.

Im Outlook-Hotmail Kalender sind auch nur die Einträge bis Febraur 2013 vorhanden.

Die Einträge ab März 2013 fehlen mir im Outlook, sind aber auf meinem Handy und bei Hotmail zu sehen.

Was muss ich machen, dass die synchronisation von Handy / Hotmail.com zum PC / Outlook vernünftig funktioniert?

Ganz einfach: Kalender Einträge auf meinem Iphone in Hotmail werden nicht ins Outlook geladen, Termine aus meinem Outlook landen nur teilweise in Hotmail, d.h manche "sehe" ich in Hotmail, manche nicht

Wenn du auf dem Handy deine Termine eingibst erscheinen sie in den Live Diensten (Hotmail Kalender und Hotmail Kalender in Outlook). Eine automatische Synchronisation mit Outlook ist meines Wissens nur mit Hotmail Plus möglich.
