outlook it not loading e-mail from the server. error code -16999

Event-ID 10010 = The server {9BA05972-F6A8-11CF-A442-00A0C90A8F39} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Event-ID 36888 = A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 40. The Windows SChannel error state is 1205.

Event-ID 36874 = An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The SSL connection request has failed.

Event-ID: 4202 = Unable to update the IP address on Isatap interface isatap.DC01.a6.internal.cloudapp.net. Update Type: 1. Error Code: 0x490.

I also did a diagnostic log but there is no possibility to send them here?



Additionally I sometimes get the error message 0x800CCC1A – when performing task
L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. “Server does not support used type of encryption connection key.” But this comes only sporadic – see attached file “Error messages Outlook.jpg”.



If German support is possible, I would like to change to that.



Office 365 Business account

When I send an e-mail from my office 365 online account, no error messages occurs.

leider erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

So, after some research I was able to remove the newly added outlook.com exchange account from outlook via windows system - user accounts - mail accounts configuration and removing it from the list of outlook accounts. After that Outlook started again succesfully.
So now the question is, what is causing those error messages the moment I add this new outlook exchange account to my outlook?

die Informationen habe ich geprüft, in der Hauptstelle funktioniert es ja auch mit genau diesen Optionen, bloß nicht in der Außenstelle.
Hier die Fehlermeldung von Canon:

server that the customer is trying to use to send E-mail. You can bring up Microsoft Outlook Express by clicking START > RUN then
type MSIMN and click OK. Then create an E-mail account using the information that was provided to you and try to send an email
from MS Outlook Express.

Die Anmeldedaten sind nicht Falsch.
Und komischerweise erreicht er auch den SMTP Server auf der Druckerweboberfläche.
Der Übertrag funktioniert dennoch nicht.
