Habe Windows 10 pro und Office 2010 pro.

Sync zwischen iCloud und Winows Mail bzw. Kalenderapp funktioniert einwandfrei. Mit Outlook 2010 pro leider seit dem letzten Windowsupdate nicht mehr. Davor 2 Jahre problemlos. Habe schon alles versucht: PW ändern, Neuinstallation von iCloud und Office etc. An Apple kann es nicht liegen, da mir Windows Apps und über Web alles klappt. Kontakte bekomme ich aber überhaupt nicht mehr, auch nicht über die Windows App.

Nach Installation von icloud egal ob von Apple oder Microsoftstore kommt beim Einrichten stets: die Authentifizierung ist fehlgeschlagen.

OK, vielen Dank für den Tipp. Meine Icloud-Sync mit Outlook hat es nach dem Update von Itunes zerschossen. Und bei diesem Update wurde auch die ICloud upgedatet. Ich teste das jetzt mal.

Keine Ahnung wie es bei FredK ist, aber bei mir ist wie gesagt iCloud 6.0 installiert und das Problem tritt trotzdem auf.

@FredK: Haben Sie evtl. auch "CodeTwo Sync for iCloud" als Outlook Add-In installiert?

ich glaube dass ich jetzt die Lösung gefunden habe:

Ich habe in Microsoft Outlook 2016 das Programm "Codetwo sync for iCloud" installiert, um Aufgaben, Kontakte und Kalender zwischen Outlook 2016 und iCloud zu syncronisieren.

... wenn ich dieses "Codetwo sync for iCloud" deaktiviere, dann kommt keine Fehlermeldung mehr.

Diese beiden Programme vertragen sich anscheinend nicht.

Vielleicht gibt es ein besseres Programm zum Synchronisieren?
