PDF-Export not working properly. All Transparencies lost.

Hey there,

we are experiencing problems with PDF-Export once again after updating. All transparencies are lost after export.

When trying to print it also shows the following in word:

We are using:

PowerPoint for Mac: 16.18 (181014)

Word for Mac: 16.18 (181014)

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: 19.8.20080.306727

We have also already completely reinstalled both application without any effect.

I know, but i have to pay for Microsoft Office OneNote 2016. And this program is the only opportunity, to export my notebooks to PDF, or to print it properly.

Do you have andy idea why its not working with the new "Bleistift" ?

I checked it once again, to be sure ... as soon, as i write with this bleistift, the programm wont work anymoren when i try to export.

Hallo Alexandra,

vielen dank für die Antwort - jedoch löst es mein Problem nicht. Ich kann so natürlich ein PDF erzeugen, die Links sind weiterhin aber nicht aktiv.

Dazu kann ich bei der Export-Funktion auch nicht - wie beim "Druck" - die zielgruppen-spezifische Präsentation (also den selektierten Ausschnitt aus der Gesamtpräse) auswählen vor dem Druck.

Hast Du eine Idee, wie man das löst?

 es handelt sich tatsächlich um einen Bug. Das Problem ist bei MS bereits bekannt, daher bleibt nun ein Fix abzuwarten, siehe auch
