Danke für den Post. Das mit dem Line Break wusste ich schon. Schade, dass das mit dem "Return blockieren" leider nicht funktioniert. Wäre schön, wenn das irgendwann mal geändert werden würde.

Wenn man mal gegen Ende des Tages ein wenig unkonzentriert wird, dann ist es ärgerlich, wenn Nachrichten versehentlich rausgehen.

Open Outlook -> Double Click on email so that It will Open in new Window -> from that email Window -> Click File > Save As -> Give Name -> Select to save as .html

I recommended to create a new template/document with appropriate styles and page settings. Those styles should be copied to the old (corrupt) file, to apply them to the content. Then the cleanly formatted content (without the last paragraph mark and without section breaks!) should be copied into the new document.
<br />Ich empfahl, eine neue Dokumentvorlage mit angepassten und eventuell neuen Formatvorlagen sowie benötigten Seiteneinstellungen zu erstellen. Die Formatvorlagen sollten anschließend in das alte Dokument kopiert und den Inhalten dort zugewiesen werden.
<br />Anschließend sollten sämtliche Inhalte (ohne letzte Absatzmarke und ohne Abschnittsumbrüche!) in das neue Dokument übertragen werden.
